Inspiring creative thinking with research



The issue

Our client has a small revenue stream in the liquid plaster market and was keen to identify growth opportunities. There was a lack of awareness and understanding for what is a premium brand.

A cross-functional workshop was planned to generate growth opportunities and our client needed new insights to stimulate creative thinking.

What we did

The need was for agile research that was cost efficient, flexible and quick. 

We conducted on-line discussions with users of liquid plasters to understand key needs, drivers of behaviour and challenges to growth.

The outcome

The outputs of our research were we presented as part of the client workshop, used as stimulus to drive creative and innovative thinking, allowing the client to develop several new growth strategies which are now being considered by senior management.
